What running/workout sneakers are best for flat feet?

Runner’s Question: I have flat feet and the sneakers I have now (Nike BLAZERS) really tend to hurt my feet when I go to the gym, or when I’m out running. I need a great pair of sneakers that I can wear to the gym and out running. So what are the best running sneakers for my flat feet? I’m sure I’m not the only one out there who goes running and has flat feet, they must make sneakers for this specific type of foot. Help!
