Runner’s Question: I bought a pair of running sneakers in May and I’m not sure if I should buy new ones. They look brand new still, probably because I mostly run on a treadmill. But I run about five miles a day four days a week and my feet have started to hurt a bit. I’m wondering if my shoes are wearing out. They’re Asics Gel Soles. Thanks!
