Fellow runners, I need advice?

runners advice27 Fellow runners, I need advice?
Runner’s Question: I love to run every single day… Clears my mind and makes me feel so good.

I do the routine stretching before, during and after to make sure I don’t pull a muscle or hurt myself. But sometimes, I feel this pinching sensation on my left knee… and no matter what I do, it won’t go away. I end up calling it a day and end my running session.

My doctor tells me I need to spend more time stretching, but it’s not helping..

Any of you have this same problem?

Thanks in advance!.

Running & Asthma?

running asthma Running & Asthma?
Runner’s Question: I would love to go running on a daily or at least 4x a week basis, but I have asthma and I can’t breathe after like a minute of running. This is a problem for two reasons, one, it means I can’t run as exercise, and two, I need to run daily when I get into the police academy. Does anyone know how I can combat my asthma so I can run without fainting?
