             Congratulations! on your first 10k. I ran my first 10k last night and it was a bliss!   I jumped from 7k to 10k. I am bit washed out this morning but I am still loving it.
You stomach aches could be because of being underdressed. I dress warm and strip off as I go. It was -9 here in calgary. Go for smaller runs for few days and gradually climb up back to your 10k.</description>
